Caulder Moore worked with Canon Europa N.V. to develop a new global concession concept for its camera and printer ranges which has been rolled out to 15 locations throughout Europe. The aim was to re-establish its premium values and status as a leader within the professional SLR market making this more accessible whilst exploiting this in the more commercial markets of digital compacts, camcorders, scanners and printers.

The flexible solution works in different site locations reinforcing the brand’s core values in order to create a distinctive brand language through fixture design, graphic communication and tone of voice. The results have proved to be very positive in raising profile and improved revenue.
