Gondola Holdings, owners of ASK, Pizza Express and Zizzi, approached Caulder Moore having developed a new brand positioning aimed at making ASK the first choice local modern Italian restaurant.

The focus of the new positioning is on simple, honest Italian dishes using top quality ingredients, delivered with passion and generosity in the type of relaxed and friendly atmosphere found in a local Italian village. The aim was to create a local neighbourhood sense of belonging, with a strong personal and human dimension.

Simple, comfortable timber framed seating and sofas upholstered in embossed leather and patterned fabric combine with reclaimed timber tables in various sizes to accommodate different groups, from couples and small groups, to larger family assemblies.
