Champneys Health Resorts, the UK’s largest destination health spa group, asked us to create a unified, singular brand identity as part of its mission to continue building Champneys into a world-class aspirational brand.
The design needed to work across all visual manifestations of the brand, with clear brand guidelines to allow Champney’s marketing team to manage their on-going requirements. We were also asked to help Champneys deliver its successful day spa experience to a broader audience with an exciting new retail concept informed by the brand design.
Champneys is associated with its unique and gorgeous countryside retreats, strong family philosophy, a sense of well being, personal service, ‘Englishness’ and the offer of escape. We’ve brought this to the fore, balancing aspiration with accessibility, to widen the brand’s appeal to a new audience.
