The White Company has always had a strong vision based upon a great understanding of their customers and a distinct emotive proposition: the calmness and serenity that comes with a bright, perfectly ordered home environment.

We have always recognised that to build a successful retail environment, the store experience needs to embody the values that are unique to The White Company. Caulder Moore undertook a strategic brand review of the business which involved looking at the brand as a whole, consolidating all that has been successful over the last ten years and identifying adjustments that could be made for the next phase of growth to ensure continued success.

After clarifying The White Company personality and core values, we also evaluated and put forward ideas to fine tune creative executions, such as the in-store graphics and point of sale.
